Since 2019, the funding project "Support4Vetmed" has been supporting veterinarians from third countries (non-EU countries) who already live in Germany and want to work here with the recognition of their professional qualifications. We from Vetion.de GmbH (the company that also runs the "German course for veterinarians" 😉 ) realize the technical implementation. We are very happy that the funding for the project is continued. So the learning materials are now available again! In addition, the second phase of the project, which has now started, will develop further learning formats, such as live learning groups and networking rounds.
On www.support4vetmed.de you will find after registration:
- Information on the application for the German license to practice medicine ("Approbation"). Here you will find interesting information about the application process and the responsible authorities.
- Preparation materials for the knowledge test. For this purpose we have prepared supporting E-learning courses on all 10 examinations relevant to law, which are intended to cover important topics from the examination subjects.
The e-learning modules on the respective veterinary subjects include:
- Video lectures and animation videos
- Exercises and learning success controls
- Learning scripts
- Law texts with explanations in simple German language
- competency-based learning goals
and many other teaching materials that you can use to prepare for the exam.
There is also a job board on the site.

All employees of the project are veterinarians and are available for questions at any time.
