1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
By using the information, tools, features and functions on Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com (the "Service" or the "Services") and accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms. In addition, by doing so, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can enter into legally binding contracts.

2. Amendment of the terms and conditions
Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com has the right to change these terms and conditions with future effect, for example due to a change in the law or to ensure better functionality of our site or services. Excluded from this are unreasonable changes, especially of essential parts of the contract, such as the main services owed. Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com will notify you of any changes to these GTC in text form (e-mail will suffice) at least four (4) weeks before they are intended to take effect, to the last known e-mail address. If you do not agree with the changes to the GTC, you are entitled to object or to terminate the contract at the next possible point in time until the day the change to the GTC comes into effect. If you do not make use of your right of objection or termination, it is assumed that you agree with the new GTC. Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com will inform you of this circumstance and its consequences in the notification of the changes to the GTC.
Should you object to the validity of the GTC, Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com may terminate your use of the site with a notice period of two (2) weeks.
3. Provision of services
We reserve the right, subject to our privacy and security policies, to review the Services to determine whether their use is in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. 4. Your rights and privileges

This applies only to the extent that you fully comply with this Agreement and the stated terms and conditions. The Materials on this Site are provided to you solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Certain services on this Site are available only to select Customers, depending on the package booked. The period of use of the package content is set for one year, starting on the day the customer is activated for the corresponding package.
By purchasing an offered package, you agree to the payment terms of Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com described in section 12.
5. Use of the services
Your right to access and use Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com and the Service is personal to you. You may not transfer this right to any other person or entity. You are authorized to access or use Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account ("Account") with Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com, username and password confidential. You agree to notify Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com of any unauthorized use of your Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com Account. We are under no obligation to retain a log of your Account or any data or information you may have stored through the Account and/or the Services.
It is possible that your access to and use of Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com may be interrupted exceptionally from time to time. This may be due to several compelling reasons, such as equipment failure, periodic updating, maintenance or repair work regarding Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com, or other measures that Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com must take to maintain the functionality of the Service.
The period of use of the Package Content is set at one year, beginning on the day the Customer activates the corresponding Package.
In order to guarantee the greatest possible benefit for each of our Customers, we strongly recommend a German language level of B1 to B2. We reserve the right to restrict access to live events in the future by requiring proof of the appropriate language level.
6. Revocation policy
If you are a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you are entitled to a right of revocation for contracts with Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com in accordance with the legal provisions, which we inform you about in this section 6. A consumer in this sense (and in the sense of these GTC) is any natural person who makes use of the services of Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Instructions for revocation
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vetion.de GmbH, Hohenzollerndamm 181, 10713 Berlin, +49 (0)30 863 956 71, E-Mail: info@vetion.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. For this purpose, please send us your bank details.
If you have purchased a package and started accessing to the content of the package before the withdrawal period ended, the right of withdrawal automatically expires.
7. Disclaimer of warranty and liability
(1) Subject to the following paragraph of this section 7, the legal liability of Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com for damages is limited as follows: Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com's liability is limited to the amount of damages typically foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of this agreement for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations arising from the contractual relationship (i.e. such contractual obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the agreement possible in the first place, whose breach jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the agreement and whose fulfillment you regularly rely on, so-called "cardinal obligations"). Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of non-essential obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
(2) The aforementioned limitation of liability does not apply in cases of mandatory statutory liability (in particular under the Product Liability Act) and in the event of the assumption of a guarantee, intent or gross negligence or in the event of damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health. You are obligated to take reasonable measures to avert and mitigate damages.
8. Intellectual property rights

You may not publish, publicly reproduce (e.g., post on the Internet), distribute, sublicense, edit, especially translate, or reproduce for non-private purposes any copyrighted materials without the prior express written consent of Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com.
9. Access and interface
We recommend using the site with the Chrome browser, since all interactive features including the "Speak the Words"-exercises only work fully in this browser.

Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com reserves the right, at any time, by clear notice posted on the Site and emailed to current customers, to adjust the Package fees in effect to reflect changing market conditions or in the event of significant changes in procurement or supply costs.

Terms of payment
The fees charged by Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com are final prices. Value added tax or sales tax will be shown accordingly in the invoice.
As permissible payment options Paypal, instant bank transfer as well as the classical bank transfer are available to you.
Booking and scheduling of live events
All packages offered except for the Do it yourself E-Learning package include two types of live events. On the one hand, there are live language courses via Zoom with our language teachers in small groups. On the other hand, there are live online conversations in small groups with colleagues, moderated by a Vetion.de employee.
After booking a package with live dates, one of our employees will contact you to organize the dates. Live dates are offered by e-mail.
Cancellation of booked live events
If you have booked a live event, you must cancel it at least 72 hours before the start of the course. Otherwise, the booked live event will be counted as attended, even if you did not attend live. The number of live events in your package will be reduced accordingly.
Trial Course
The test module is a free trial course to give you an impression of the structure, content and features. The trial course can be viewed without prior registration.
12. Termination
By purchasing a package, you acquire the right to access the features and content of the corresponding package for one year, starting on the day of activation. During this period, you must also attend the live events included in a package to the extent specified. After one year, you are no longer entitled to participate in live events that have not yet been paid for.
13. Compensation
You agree to compensate Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com for any and all damages resulting from your negligent or intentional breach of this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth herein.
14. Dispute resolution
Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Responsible is the universal arbitration board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8 in 77694 Kehl am Rhein (www.verbraucher-schlichter.de)
15. Miscellaneous
Contracts between you and Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The statutory provisions on the limitation of the choice of law and on the applicability of mandatory provisions, in particular of the state in which you have your habitual residence as a consumer, shall remain unaffected.
All contracts, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive your acceptance and termination of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deutschkurs-tieraerzte.com with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other prior agreements.
